Position Description:
Clearance required: Eligible for Secret (eligible: minimum 10+ years residing in Canada)
Preferred: Hybrid (2 days on-site per week), but will consider fully remote
French is an asset not mandatory
Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Provide guidance and ensure alignment with IAM requirements.
•Define MFA policies and authentication methods for the solution.
•Interface with business on implementing new MFA methods.
•Establish the initial processes to run the periodic access review campaigns.
•Define support model.
•Define operational reporting i.e. KPIs
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including strong demonstrated understanding of CIAM, identity governance, coarse/fine-grained access control, policy-driven security, Privileged Access Management, provisioning/de-provisioning, federation, MFA / Conditional Access, and related integration elements
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure core IAM components i.e., Azure Active Directory, Azure MFA and Conditional Access, Azure Identity Protection and Azure B2C platform
• Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365
• Demonstrated knowledge of CIAM best practices
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate gaps in all aspects of an organization’s IAM maturity
Nice to have:
•International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation or PMI-BA
• Certifications may include: CISSP, CISM and related Microsoft technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and DevOps environments
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of technologies/standards including Mobile, Web, Directories, MFA, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Cloud
• Demonstrated knowledge of Organizational Change Management (ADKAR) principles, approaches, and methodologies
