Genesys Cloud Architect

Position Description:

Are you a talented problem-solver, an innovative idea-maker, and a high-energy professional? We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Architect who thrives on designing and implementing cutting-edge Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
Location: Can be situated anywhere in Canada within proximity to a CGI office
Security Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain level 2 SECRET clearance

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As Genesys Cloud Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based contact center solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform.
You will be responsible for the entire cloud architecture lifecycle from infrastructure provisioning and configuration to integration with third-party applications and ongoing optimization.

• Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud platform.
• Configure and manage Genesys Cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networks, and storage.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud performance and availability.
• Stay up to date on the latest Genesys Cloud features and best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering
• Ability to obtain government of Canada Level 2- SECRET clearance
• Experience with Genesys Cloud platform is a mandatory
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security principles
• Experience with Genesys PureConnect / engage platform is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
