As a Package Consultant at , get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM’s SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new members to help us drive this growth.

As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding Senior Consultant or Manager, you will work with our clients and lead them in implementing their SF Recruiting and Onboarding modules. This will include activities such as: assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF. You will be responsible for shaping the future HR processes of our top national and international clients. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. You will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within the context of individual roles. You will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.

As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able to work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along with our Digital Change, HR Reinvention and Cognitive HR practices.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in at least two (2) successful end-to-end implementations in a lead consultant capacity for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Proven track record in spearheading client requirement-gathering workshops, offering valuable insights into system capabilities, and guiding clients on best practices related to their data and process decisions.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding Associate Certification.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week based on client requirements.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Fluency in French is a strong asset.
  • Implementation experience with Onboarding 2.0 is a strong asset.
