In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Staffing Coordinator will manage for PSPC Project:
- Open Seat (IBM/SUBK) and coordinate weekly meeting with Hiring Managers
- On/Offboarding (IBM/SUBK) and coordinate with DS&P from start to end of process
- SUBK Renewal/Extension/PO Uplift/TRAM/Approvals/PO (except Donna Cona subks)
- Work with PSR team for Donna Cona SUBKs for TRAM & SOW inputs
- Maintain PSPC Internal Tools – Distribution List / Slack etc
- Assisting with resource security clearance process for new onboards
- Arrange Daily mtgs to manage new onboards / frequently asked questions
- Team player / multi-faceted for PMO internal projects
- Willing to perform and back up other PMO functions as required

– Experience in a similar or related role.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple competing deadlines.
– Ability to communicate effectively at various levels in an organization and work cross-departmentally.
– Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing requirements.
– Very strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Eligible to obtain Reliability Clearance.
Preferred technical and professional experience
– IPPF knowledge, Engage Support, Onboarding and Offboarding, Forecast Process, IBM framework.
