Position Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT Service Management, automation, and cloud technologies. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our ServiceNow platform, helping to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
Create and manage discovery schedules for CMDB Autodiscovery in ServiceNow
Build and optimize scripts to automate workflows and business processes within the platform
Configure and support Service Catalog items and Request Management processes
Assist with ServiceNow integrations and Azure configurations
Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
