Vice President, Customer Experience Executive

Position Description
Join Canada’s largest IT Company as Vice President, Consulting Services in our Telecom Sector Vertical in Montreal or Toronto.

Your role
Play a key role within the Telecom Customer Experience growth vertical. The role responsibility includes full P&L accountability, vision/strategy creation/enablement, identification of opportunities, structuring deals, complex proposal development, contract negotiations, delivery of services and IT support operations, financial management and people management.

This role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong relationship builder and a drive to deliver as per the clients expectations. Reporting to the Senior Vice President Consulting Services – Telecom Consumer Sector, the role has the flexibility to be located in Toronto or Montreal.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
Overall accountability for operational execution, P&L, Delivery & Support excellence, margins and revenue growth;
Establish deep and wide relationships with CIO, VP, IT directors across the specific Telecom Client domain to understand their drivers/metrics for success as well as provide them with knowledge of “best in class” solutions;
Grow the funnel of potential opportunities across the Telecom Customer Experience eco-system, and develop “trusted partner” relationships with key client leaders by engaging in a solution-orientated approach;
Customer Satisfaction Action Plan implementation and results;
Dev/Ops style operations management, including Problem Management
Recruitment of key technology leaders for your organization
Working with offshore partners to leverage worldwide capabilities for our Client(s)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Your skills and background
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems or Computer Science.
Masters is desirable.
Demonstrated experience in business development, project delivery and operations support in a Telecom environment. At least 15 years’ experience in Business and IT Solutions (including outsourcing) to the Telecom Sector;
Breadth of experience and knowledge of Telecom sector including delivery and contract management;
Superior leadership skills; demonstrated ability to lead a team towards delivering high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction within a complex environment;
Lead matrix delivery teams in a global delivery model;
Experience in delivery and support of Digital platforms for Customer Experience and Data Warehouse solutions in a Telecom environment;
Effective relationship management skills to influence decision-making and outcomes within own and client organizations;
Advisory approach to interacting at senior levels of client organizations; brings strong business judgment and the resources of the firm to bear on solution development, strategic planning and execution;
Experience leading complex pursuit teams, contract negotiations and contract management;
Experience in long term outsourcing and managed service client engagements;
