Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Engineering candidate to join our GRC Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in both automated and manual testing, with a focus on automation, and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our GRC solutions.

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge St, Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week – subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for GRC applications
• Utilize tools such as Robot Framework, Jenkins, GitHub, and PyCharm for test automation and CI/CD integration
• Write and maintain test scripts using Selenium, Python, SQL, and VBScript
• Identify, document, and analyze bugs, defects, and issues in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including remote team members
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
• Ensure timely and effective communication of test results and quality metrics

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a strong focus on automation
• Proficiency in Robot Framework, Selenium, Python, SQL, and VBScript
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, PyCharm, and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or qTest
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues and collaborate effectively
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Experience in mobile testing and familiarity with KYC verification and customer onboarding processes
• Prior experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer) is a strong asset
• Must be able to work onsite in Toronto a minimum of 3 days per week
