Job Summary:

Capital Market IT (CMI) is in charge of the information systems for Global Markets Division (and affiliated partner support functions) covering all capital markets domains (from pre-trade to post trade through risk management and regulatory reportings). CMI covers all IT activities, ensuring applicative support to end-users, maintenance and evolution of the information system including ambitious and innovative transformation programs to accompany business growth while protecting and reinforcing current best-in class business franchises. Capital Market IT teams are distributed across the world, currently in Paris, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York.
In perspective of Global Markets Division (GMD) ambitions, Capital Market IT is looking to reinforce its presence in North America, consolidating and reinforcing its workforce on Fixed Income e-trading, pricing and booking activities (Rates, Bonds, Repos) and securitization activities, as well as US-specific back office systems (payment, reconciliations).
The new setup will encompass build and run activities, fostering autonomy while leveraging on global systems with an ambitious target of 100+ headcounts in 2026.

As such, CMI is opening a local Project Manager position in Montreal who will be dedicated to the CMI Montreal hub implementation project. Key Responsibilities:
Frame, design and steer different aspects of the CMI Montreal Hub implementation project ,Put in place the proper governance & comitology, Assist in preparation of steering committee presentations, Share information with all stakeholders,Liaise with different teams, Track actions to closure, Gather achievements, risks and delay, Design the roadmap in accordance with CASO GIT Head, Head of CMI Montreal and Global head of CMI CIO office, Steer budget
Four main steams have to be led jointly with CMI CIO office local resource and under delegation of CMI local head of Montreal
People aspects Follow the recruitment plan, both permanents & contractor resources
-Facilitate on-boarding of new resources (permanents or contractors) with dedicated materials and packs  Update accordingly global sourcing CMI tools
Relationship with vendors
-Represent CMI in cooperation with local procurement vis-a-vis our vendors
-Organize and animate our sourcing pipe
Infrastructure set up
-Put in place the proper governance with ITS to setup the appropriate infrastructure setup in line with CMI ambitions
-Follow up the implementation and raise any risks, challenges, delay observed
-Put in place requirements of all tools, applications, processes for the Montreal hub in a manner that is consistent with the global CMI setup
Premises
-Follow the correct implementation & availability of positions in accordance with the global ramp up plan
Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Minimum relevant experience: 5 years
