The Director, Mortgage Brokers directs a risk-based regulatory management program ensuring mortgage broker industry compliance with legislation that mitigates harm to the public and consumers.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Degree in business, economics, accounting or law and extensive *related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- *Related experience includes all of the following:
- Managing compliance programs
- Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and/or policy
- Managing employees
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Managing compliance programs
- Preference may be given to applicants with experience in mortgage broker, real estate, or financial sectors and interpreting administrative law.
