ClearStream Energy is looking for you. As a Team Lead, Reclamation and Remediation reporting directly to the Environmental Operations Manager , you will interface with clients and staff to setup, manage and report on reclamation and remediation services related to upstream and mid-stream oil & gas and regulatory requirements. The Team Lead will build and maintain positive client relationship focused on providing top quality service in a variety of environmental programs including environmental site assessments, groundwater monitoring, risk assessment and management (Tier 2), remediation and reclamation programs. The Team Lead will be responsible for all personnel and financial requirements for the group.

  What You Do: 

  • Management of staff and financial reporting and forecasting for the reclamation and remediation services business line.
  • Overall management of client environmental portfolios
  • Managing projects and mentoring of junior staff
  • Coordinating and providing technical guidance for reclamation and remediation programs.
  • Business development and marketing with current or new client relationships to grow and expand the environmental services business line
  • Cost tracking, reporting and report technical review
  • Implement corporate and client safety programs
  • Ensure that project requirements are met in a timely and effective manner

    • Who You Are:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in planning and control of work in a multi-project, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds
  • Able to prioritize work, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced, high volume team environment
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with a strong ability to take initiative
  • Strong ability to influence and communicate
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

    • What You Bring:

  • More than 10+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science or related discipline
  • Strong vegetation identification and soil characterization skills
  • Must possess or be eligible for professional designation
  • Must have proven established client relationships
  • Proven history of building relationships across various organizations
