The BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) is a new statutory body responsible for regulating British Columbia’s financial services sector.  We are looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference, to join our team in our downtown Vancouver offices.

The Senior Policy Analyst researches and analyzes a wide range of large and complex policies relating to the regulation and supervision of BC financial institutions.

    • Degree in public administration, business administration, law, or economics and minimum 5 years of *related experience; OR
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    • *Related experience includes all of the following:
      • Analysis and development of policies
      • Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and/or policy
      • Project management
      • Engaging stakeholders


    • Must be willing to work outside of regular office hours when needed.
    • Travel, and absence from home overnight, may be required on occasion.
    • Applicants must be able to successfully meet the BCFSA’s security screening requirements.
