Lead Java Developer

Position Description:

Development team lead who would analyze, design, and implement enterprise-wide Java based systems for a large Healthcare domain project in America’s. Role would engage with different stakeholders, oversee developers and design frameworks apart from others.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Interact with IT and business stakeholders to present solutions, cost estimates, and delivery schedules;
• Oversee the creation, execution and documentation of tests;
• Utilize and promote Standards, Best Practices, Design Patterns;
• Planning, analyzing and defining solutions through business, functional and technical expertise;
• Work with product managers on issues or questions related to system requirements;
• Respond to inquiries concerning application development and support.
• Coordinate with and track activities of global teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
• 10 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years as Lead Java Developer
• Deep hands-on expertise with Java 17, Spring, Spring Integration, Kafka, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Microservices
• Recent experience working in these technologies
• Prior experience working directly with the customer stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Must possess good leadership skills and have experience leading a team of developers.
