CGI is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual to fill a Business Support Lead role in an Application Management Services environment. This role is responsible for overseeing service delivery and managing on-demand service requests relating to a portfolio of government applications and websites. The successful candidate will work with other Business Support Leads to provide guidance and leadership to our Ministry client partners, and work closely with internal operations and delivery teams to provide high-quality services and solutions.
This role requires exceptional client communication skills, and the ability to manage a number of complex tasks in parallel, within a dynamic environment. Many of the applications and websites under CGI’s support are critical to the delivery of health care services within BC.
